The Huntingdonshire Local Group of the Wildlife Trust invite you to two events in October. The first is an on line illustrated talk on Wednesday 13th October at 7.30pm, which will be hosted via Zoom. Our speaker will be Cliff Carson, former Environmental Officer for the Middle Level Commissioners. Cliff will give us a fascinating insight into his work to enhance the biodiversity of the Fenland Waterways. This talk promises images and footage of otters, kingfishers, water voles, plus other riparian species. Our second event is a walk to look at the Autumn Colours in Brampton Wood on Sunday 31st October at 10.30am. Please meet in the car park. GR TL 184698. Both events are free. Please book for both events by emailing Pat on jp.doody@ntlworld.com in advance. He will send you a zoom link before the first meeting is due to start. Donations are gratefully accepted via the Wildlife Trust BCN website. For more information please contact Alistair on 07775 365507 or alistairrgrant@hotmail.com.
