6. Matters Arising:
- Green Close potholes - photos sent to IG
- Tree in Moory Croft – this has now been removed
- Footpath blocked near 5 Acres salvage yard - IG has chased CCC and the matter is now being dealt with by the enforcement team
- Pavilion repairs – email circulated
- Footpath 3 - no further action to be taken as the footpath is now in the correct position as per the Definitive Map
- Street naming The Town – matter has now been resolved by HDC and CCC, resident has been informed

- LHI 22/23 – bid has been submitted
- Blocked drains – work completed
- Footpath works The Causeway, near school – IG informed CCC work was urgent
- Blocked Highway in Perry- WM - Clerk has emailed James Stringer at CCC
- Motor bikes – still awaiting a response from PCSO
- Speed Limit Dillington - waiting for a reply from Calvin at CCC
- Bollards Green Close – clerk has asked resident for more information
- Rerouting of footpath near new housing development– WM and JD
- Parking issues Lauras Close
9. Planning:
- Staughton Moor planning enforcement - monthly updates from HDC/CCC
- 21/01016/FUL – Little America, Moor Road – 8 business units – objections submitted, still await a response from HDC
- Wyboston Garden Village/developments in Beds near A1 – ongoing
- 12/02757/TREE – Dillington Farm – clerk has asked Tree warden for his comments – no other objections to date
- 21/02462/FUL – Great Staughton Primary School – extension to 3 years - use of portable buildings – no objections
- 21/02698/CLED – The Cook House, 14 Little America Industrial Estate – Lawful Development Certificate B2 and B8 – to be discussed at the meeting
