12. Neighbourhood Plan – discuss and approve the following:

(All documentation referred to below has been circulated prior to the meeting)

  • The Parish Council approves the recommended responses to the Regulation 14 consultation (Appendix 8 Consultation Statement). 

  • The Parish Council takes on board the recommendations made in the SEA Environmental Report (Appendix 10 Consultation Statement) and makes the necessary changes to the NP. (An update will be provided at the meeting on the most recent SEA version). 

  • The Parish Council approves the recommended responses to representations made to the SEA Environmental Report (Appendix 11 Consultation Statement) and makes the necessary changes to the NP

  • The Parish Council approves the Sequential Test Report.

  • The Parish Council approves the Basic Conditions Statement.

  • The Parish Council approves the Consultation Statement. 

  • The Parish Council approves the revised NP (areas of change are highlighted in yellow) 

  • We resolve to submit the NP and the accompanying evidence to HDC (Regulation 15) for examination 

  • The Parish Council allow further consequential edits to be made to accompanying documents and Topic Papers.
